You probably won't read this but I just wanted to say I totally get it and commend you for being so brave and sharing this. A few years ago my life fell apart in a very similar fashion: PTSD due to something very traumatic, relationship fell apart, which led to housing insecurity, the stress caused all sorts of permanent physical health issues etc. For a while I thought I was alone in this. It has taken me years to recover. I am not saying this to discourage you, but just to encourage you to be kind to yourself and realistic when things don't progress as quickly as you hope.

While I do not consider myself a nudist or naturalist, I much prefer not being clothed. When it was just my wife and I at home, I would have days I wouldn't even get dressed if I didn't have to leave the house or be on a video conference. It's just more comfortable.

Nudity might be a stretch but in a nutshell, showing off more skin... conditions your mind to care less to what others think and just be comfortable with yourself. Men as an example, men that can walk around topless and careless has that "liberation" of the mind or simple could give a sh!te. obviously at home, in the yard, beach, etc. where its sort of acceptable. obviously not to the point of nudist exhibitionist sort of type.

Real talk though, enough hurring and durring has already happened in this comment section I am sure, I've slept naked most o' me life, and can't imagine wearing any unless it's called for due to either social or cold related circumstances. And even with cold, more blankets preferrable to clothes. Sleeping naked while visiting or having visitors is a bit rough social behaviour though.
